Ridge’s training method focuses less on knowing and more on real-world doing. A typical hour of Ridge training includes 10 minutes of presentation, 20 minutes of demonstrating course skills, and 30 minutes of skill practice with feedback, from colleagues as well as our master trainers. Instead of scripted scenarios, participants practice using actual work issues so they’re ready to use their skills successfully on the job the very next day. Our reinforcement tools and coaching services help leaders and teams keep their skills sharp so they shorten the learning-to-competence curve.
